On December 29, 2023, the Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF – Official Gazette of the Federation) published the 2024 Miscellaneous Tax Resolution, along with its annexes, including Annex 19. This annex, in relation to the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos), establishes the updated amounts set forth in the aforementioned Law.
Accordingly, below is a detailed breakdown of the increases in fees applicable to registrations, authorizations, or renewals of certifications, as well as the Customs Processing Fee (DTA) for the upcoming year 2024:

In light of the foregoing, please note that the rates listed in the “2024” column shall be strictly enforced as of January 1, 2024. It is therefore essential to take these amounts into consideration when making payments for the application or renewal of certifications, as well as for the payment of the DTA in foreign trade operations, in order to avoid findings that could result in non-compliance with tax and customs regulations.
